COMPETITION RULES

1.    The following competition rules (“Specific Competition Rules”) together with the Jack Radio Group general competition terms and conditions (“General Rules”) (which can be found here) apply to the Olly Murs Ticket Radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday May 10th 2021 to Friday May 21st 2021 on JACKfm Oxfordshire, JACK 2 Hits, Jack 3 & Chill (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Competition Rules and the General Rules and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must register online at the Radio Station website.
4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday May 10th 2021 and close at 10:00am on Friday 14th May 2021. 
5.    Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be included in the Competition.
6.    From all eligible entries, five Entrants will be selected at random to play. Our representative will contact each Entrant on the phone number supplied during the online registration.
7.    We reserve the right to select another Entrant if we are unable to contact any Entrant.
8.    Each Entrant will be required to come to air in a pre-recorded competition for broadcast week commencing Monday May 17th 2021.
9.    Each Entrant will be required to correctly identify the missing word/words from a song which the presenter will play. If the Entrant correctly identifies the word/words then they will win that contest round and receive the prize.
10.    Entrants will be contacted, once selected at random, to play the competition between Friday 14th May 2021 and Thursday 20th May 2021. Entrants may be contacted outside of breakfast hours (0700-0900). 
11.    The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Eligibility:
12.    The Competition is open to UK residents 18 years of age or over and based in the UK at the time of entry.
13.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:
11.    The winner will receive one pair of tickets for the Olly Murs concert at Newbury Racecourse. The prize does not include any accommodation or travel. Specific Terms & Conditions regarding the concert, venue and event can be found at the Newbury Racecourse website.
12.    No alternative prize will be offered should the event be cancelled for any reason.
